I am committed to helping premier companies improve their luxury selling skills and deliver outstanding luxury customer service. I have been fortunate to have led the learning function for such exclusive brands as BMW, Tiffany & Co., Sotheby’s International Realty and Gaggenau. I continue to explore how luxury brands shape the consumer experience through my blog: http://www.luxsell.net.
I enjoy working with international teams. During my tenure at BMW, I worked at their corporate headquarters in Munich, Germany helping to deploy a global learning management system across 28 countries. At Tiffany & Co. my team supported the learning for sales associates in North and South America.
I value the support I receive as a member of the Association for Talent Development and I served as the Chapter President for Northern New Jersey. In 2003 I founded the Munich Learning Consortium.

Hi Victoria – I’m a marketing consultant working for a residential real estate brokerage in SF who is looking to put together some customer service/sales training for it’s agents focused on luxury clients. I was wondering if you might have ideas on who could help us do this.

Hi Stacey – I conducted several sessions like this while at Sotheby’s International Realty for their premier brokers across the U.S. Feel free to email me at victoria@luxsell.me and we can set up some time to chat.

Hi Victoria, I Work for a luxury jewellery brand and our new ‘do or die’ word is clienteling. I’m looking for a consultant that could lead a workshop during the next store manager convention on clienteling. I saw you have experience of luxury brands and I was wondering if you might have names to suggest me. Thanks a lot! Myriam
